Events Management
Paramedic SA's Special Events Management Team's focus is to provide medical, security and safety back up for any type of event. Paramedic SA provides emergency personnel and vehicles for school sports events, major sporting events, extreme sporting events, exhibitions, shows and corporate functions.
Just as each event is unique, the Paramedic SA team will ensure that the coverage afforded is equally unique and structured to ensure cost effectiveness, efficiency, and above all else – peace of mind.
Staffing and logistical structures for each event are based on the individual event's unique requirements and thus will be designed to ensure that a safe and rapid treatment and transportation infrastructure be fully available and equipped should an emergency arise.

- Quad bikes are used by paramedics in areas were there is no access to ambulances

These prices are only guide lines for special events. A full quote will be needed per event, as each event has unique needs.
Payment Terms
- The above prices include VAT.
- Event costs that exceed R2000.00 require a 50% deposit on acceptance of the quote and the balance is payable 7 days after the event.
- Events located in excess of 100 km, by road, from Paramedic SA Head Offices will be charged R30.20 per kilometer.
- Ambulance/Response Vehicle/Quad Bike traveling on location to the event will be charged at an agreed rate, or R3.95per kilometer.
- Should an event exceed 250 km by road from Paramedic SA Head Offices, and the event duration is more than 1 day, a charge of R300. 00 per night per person will be charged. Alternatively the client can arrange accommodation for the personnel attending the event.
